Lamprais is a complex Sri Lankan speciality dish with a selection of rice & curries wrapped in a banana leaf to create a parcel, then baked in the oven at home.
Lamprais freeze very well and can be kept in the fridge for a few days……
so that you can eat anytime over the weekend
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
The Lamprais parcel will be cold when you collect it ……so you can eat at any time over the Weekend
Please leave the Lamprais wrapped in its foil and simply place in the oven for 45 - 50 mins at 180 degrees (depending on your oven type)
