    Lamprais is a complex Sri Lankan speciality dish with a selection of rice & curries wrapped in a banana leaf to create a parcel, then baked in the oven at home. Lamprais freeze very well and can be kept in the fridge for a few days……so that you can eat anytime over the weekend
